At Liro, we believe Pilates is about more than Just movement. It's about building lasting strength, finding a community where you belong, and creating space to reconnect with yourself.
Our Studio
From the moment you walk through our doors, you can expect thoughtful instruction, individualized guidance, and a welcoming environment where every client is known and supported. Every new client begins with our Foundation Workshop, giving us the opportunity to understand your goals, teach the fundamentals, and help you feel confident before joining our small group classes. With personalized coaching, real-time feedback on form and breath, and intentionally small class sizes, every session is designed to help you move safely, build lasting strength, and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.
The visionary behind Liro Pilates.
MEET JESS
After more than sixteen years of teaching Pilates and a nursing career spanning multiple specialties including neurology, neurosurgery, and pain management, Jess created Liro as the studio she wished existed for this season of life. After having two children in her forties, she experienced firsthand how restorative intentional movement could be and set out to create a space where clients could exhale, feel supported, and move alongside lifelong friends.
Jess blends clinical knowledge with genuine compassion, creating classes that are calm, thoughtful, and intentionally designed to build lasting strength. Above all, she wants every person who walks into Liro to feel safe, welcomed, and leave each class stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
