Policies & Guidelines
At Liro Pilates, we believe great studios are built on relationships, not rules. Our policies exist to create a fair and consistent experience for all members while protecting the limited availability of our small-group classes. At the same time, we understand that life happens. Children get sick, roads are icy and other unexpected circumstances arise. If you experience a situation that is outside of your control, we encourage you to reach out and communicate with us. While we cannot guarantee exceptions to every policy, we are committed to approaching each situation with understanding, fairness and respect. Our goal is to create a studio experience that feels supportive rather than restrictive, and to be a meaningful part of your wellness journey for years to come.Email us anytime at: hello@liropilates.comArrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. This allows you time to park, use the restroom and prepare for class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun.Class Reservations, Waitlist & Cancellation Policy
Because class sizes and membership access are intentionally limited, we ask all clients to be mindful when reserving and canceling classes. These policies help ensure fair access to classes and allow us to provide the highest-quality experience for every participant.Class Reservations
Classes may be reserved through the studio booking system and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid payment method must be maintained on file to reserve classes.Clients are responsible for managing their reservations and reviewing their booking confirmations.Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, clients are encouraged to join the waitlist. When a space becomes available, the next client on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and notified through the booking system. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that you may be added to the class at any time and agree to attend or cancel your reservation according to studio policy. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible to allow another client the opportunity to attend.Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start are considered late cancellations and may be subject to a late cancellation fee ($15) or forfeiture of the class credit. Clients who do not attend a reserved class and fail to cancel in advance are considered no-shows and may be subject to a no-show fee ($20) and forfeiture of the class credit.Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit and subject to the full fee of the appointment. Each client receives one complimentary late cancellation per month, with an annual limit of 4. This is not an automatic process, please email us at hello@liropilates.com to request.Cleanliness & Equipment Care
Grip socks are required in the studio. We request clients wash or sanitize their hands prior to class and are responsible for wiping down equipment after use using the cleaning supplies provided. To protect studio equipment, clothing with exposed zippers, rivets, or other hardware are not permitted on reformers. We also recommend removing most accessories before class whenever possible. Some accessories can interfere with hand, wrist and forearm placement during certain exercises and limit your ability to comfortably bear weight or maintain balance.Members choosing to wear jewelry during class do so at their own risk. Liro Pilates is not responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced personal items. If an instructor determines that jewelry or accessories may pose a safety risk or risk damaging equipment, they may ask that the item be removed before participation.Scent-Sensitive Environment
Please avoid perfumes, colognes, heavily scented lotions, or other fragranced products before attending class.Mobile Devices & Wearables
We believe some of the most meaningful moments happen before and after class through conversation, connection, and shared experiences within our community. To help create a focused and welcoming environment, we encourage members to be fully present while in the studio.Phones must be silenced while in the studio and during class. Smart watches and wearable devices should be set to Do Not Disturb to prevent notifications from disrupting the class experience. Phone use during class is not permitted except for emergencies or instructor-approved circumstances. If you need to take or make a call, please step outside of the studio. We encourage members to use the time before and after class to connect with fellow members, instructors, and themselves.Community Expectations
Members are expected to treat fellow members, instructors, staff, and studio property with respect. Liro Pilates reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the studio environment. Thank you for helping us maintain a distraction-free space where movement, mindfulness, and community can thrive.
